Ontario Medication Review App

In order to enhance the MedsCheck program in Ontario, the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC) introduced a number of changes to the program, including standardized documentation and tools.

To better align our Medication Review Application with the changes implemented by MOHLTC, the following enhancements have been made in PharmaClik Rx 1.8.1:

• Ability to obtain electronic consent for Patient Acknowledgment of Professional Services Form
• Ability to prepare medication reviews in advance
• Ability to review and address any Drug Therapy Problems prior to completing the medication review
• Ability to fax the results of a completed review to multiple prescribers
